By accessing or using the TempToMail Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, including both free users and Pro subscribers. Additional terms may apply to Pro subscribers.

Service Description

TempToMail provides temporary, disposable email addresses that:

• Are generated instantly without registration (free service)
• Expire automatically after a set period (24 hours for free, 7 days for Pro)
• Can receive emails and attachments
• Provide basic inbox functionality
• Are designed for privacy and spam prevention

Service Limitations

The Service has important limitations that you must understand:

User Responsibilities

3.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for:

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Ensuring your use of the Service does not violate any third-party rights
• The consequences of any Content you receive or access through the Service

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Service to:

• Engage in illegal activities or facilitate illegal conduct
• Send, receive, or distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Impersonate others or create false identities
• Circumvent security measures or access restrictions
• Violate the terms of service of any third-party service
• Engage in activities that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

3.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Any Content you receive through the Service
• How you use or distribute such Content
• Ensuring Content does not infringe intellectual property rights
• Complying with laws regarding Content you access

TempToMail offers both free and paid (Pro) services:

4.1 Pro Subscription Terms

Pro subscriptions:

• Are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Can be cancelled at any time through your account settings
• Provide refunds only as required by law or at our discretion
• May change in price with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

Intellectual Property

The TempToMail Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by TempToMail and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

5.1 Restrictions

You must not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission
• Use our trademarks or logos without written permission

Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

6.1 Key Privacy Principles

TempToMail is designed with privacy in mind:

• We do not require registration for free service
• We do not collect personal identification information
• All emails are automatically deleted when addresses expire
• We do not sell or share user data with third parties for marketing
• We implement security measures to protect data

6.2 Data Retention

We retain different types of data for different periods:

• Temporary emails: Deleted when addresses expire (24 hours free, 7 days Pro)
• IP addresses: Retained for 30 days for security, then anonymized
• Log files: Retained for 90 days, then deleted

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TempToMail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months
• For free users, our maximum liability is $10
• We are not liable for any loss of data, content, or emails
• We are not liable for service interruptions or failures
• We are not liable for actions of third parties or other users

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TempToMail, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Your violation of any applicable laws
• Any Content you receive or distribute through the Service

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal or abusive use of the Service
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
• Technical or security issues
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranties, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may stop using the Service at any time. For Pro subscribers, cancellation instructions are available in your account settings.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved as follows:

• First, through informal negotiation for at least 30 days
• If unresolved, through binding arbitration in Delaware
• Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator under AAA rules
• Each party shall bear its own arbitration costs and attorney fees

You waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.

We will notify users of material changes through:

• A notice on our website
• An email to Pro subscribers
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms

Miscellaneous

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and TempToMail regarding the Service.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
